On commission orders:
Commissions are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
I have the right to decline your commission. (ex. if I am uncomfortable with its content, if I think I cannot do a good job on it, etc.)
You can order more than one commission at one time.
After the commission order is placed:
Commissions may take from a single day up to a few months for a variety of reasons whether personal and/or related to the artwork itself. If you are not patient, I recommend that you do not commission me.
You may only switch out your commission for an entirely different one if I have not started on your commission yet. Pricing may change as a result.
On making changes to your order, only in he beginning stages, you may tell me right away any changes you'd like to make and I'll see what I can do. Beyond the beginning stages, only minor changes can be made.
I do not take refunds unless I haven't started or I am unable to finish it for some reason.
Full payment is expected to be received when the commission is complete.
After the commission is complete:
Commissions are for the commissioner's personal use only. Commissioners may use their commission however they like as long as they do not profit from it.
Commissioners are allowed to post pictures of their commission on any online social platform; however, commissioners are required to mention somewhere that it is a commission done by Michelle Khuu. Please do not take credit for the artwork.
